After listening to the Holy Spirit in our time of practice, consider if there was any specific invitation that you heard from God. If so, then respond to God’s invitation. If not, then consider which of the three movements of the prayer (resting in God’s love, surrender and yield, or love with self emptying love) God may be inviting you to sit with this week.
